Division Project Management Contacts
The division project management contacts are comprised of key administrative staff charged with the responsibility of providing a management level between the functional project management team (HR, Payroll, Budget, and Finance) and the end user community.

General Responsibilities:
Be responsible for successful implementation leadership for your area by being actively involved.
Be the liaison between your area and the project team.
Establish implementation policies and roles for your area.
Identify implementation issues.
Provide periodic status reports to the project team and your area's administrative heads.
Communication, training, and reporting responsibilities:
The division project management contacts will assist in developing ConnecTech communications and insure that their area receives sufficient information during the project implementation.
The division project management contacts will assist in developing training plans for their areas, including scope and timing. Working with the ConnecTech trainers, each member must insure that their area receives sufficient training in all systems and modules.
The division project management contacts will identify reporting and information needs for their areas. Working with the functional leads, each member must insure that reporting and information needs are identified and articulated to the appropriate lead.

The role of the division project management contacts will evolve as implementation proceeds. Members should help define their roles based on the specific issues and needs of their areas. Success of the ConnectTech project in each area will depend on the leadership role taken by each member.
