The Finance division is organized into three major areas: Budget, Business Affairs, and Campus Business Offices, which provide vital financial and administrative services necessary for the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center to meet its mission. Guided by the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center's 2020 Strategic Plan and grounded in our institutional values and culture, we work to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations and infrastructure in support of the institution's goals.
The mission of the Offices of Budget and Institutional Research at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is to provide financial management through budgetary controls and generate information necessary for sound decision-making through planning, oversight, and reporting in order to support faculty and staff in achieving the institutional mission.

Campus Business Operations Officers are the liaison for outside agencies and TTUHSC leadership regarding daily business operations. Campus Business Operations Officers work with other departments within the Finance Division to provide daily operational support needed to the regional campuses.
