Why can't I drill down to the sub-report in Cognos PDF drill-through reports?

1.  Verify you are running the report from Cognos Connection (http://cognos.texastech.edu)

To use drill-through reports, you must execute them directly within the Cognos Analytics portal. Drill-through links will fail if the report is saved locally or sent as an email attachment, as Cognos requires an active session to track the parameters needed for navigation.

2.  Verify you are using a supported browser. 

Cognos leverages advanced Adobe PDF integration within web browsers. Current Cognos Analytics version 12.0.4 supports the latest releases of all the following major web browsers, as well as their future fix packs:

Google Chrome
Microsoft Edge
Mozilla Firefox
Mozilla Firefox ESR
Apple Safari
