PI Leaving TTUHSC

The department must notify OSP and Accounting Services as soon as possible when a PI has decided to leave TTUHSC.

If there will be any equipment transferred, the department/PI must work with the Property Management Office.

The PI will need to certify effort manually before leaving employment for any work prior to their departure. The departing PI will be responsible for completing any required Progress Reports and Invention disclosures prior to departure. The original records must be maintained by the PI’s TTUHSC department; the PI may take a copy.
