The Finance division is organized into three major areas: Budget, Business Affairs, and Campus Business Offices, which provide vital financial and administrative services necessary for the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center to meet its mission.

General Services Lubbock serves the entire university community with printing, promotional items, on-line document  storage (Laserfiche), and vehicle fleet services. Other services, such as mail and surplus, are independently managed by each campus.
