Swift Card - Nonresident Alien Withholding Chart

Notification regarding the card activation entries: The Swift Card OMSi program will not automatically calculate and apply the final award value when foreign withholding applies. The Nonresident Alien Withholding Chart, located above, provides the required assistance with the manual calculation and entry. The “Amount to fund” field should be the adjusted award value (participant fee less the 30% withholding fee). This amount is noted as the “Card Fund Amount” in the chart. You must also enter the 30% withholding fee in the “Amount Withheld” field in the OMSi program. This amount is noted as the “Nonresident Withholding Amount” in the chart.
