Overview

Prior to December 2014, TTUHSC was subject to the three OMB Circulars below for federal award guidance:

    1. A21 - Cost principles, A110 - Administrative Requirements, A133 - Audits

A New Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) was developed to replace the OMB circulars. The new guidance is Part 200 of the Federal Register, Title 2 (Grants and Agreements), Chapter II, Part 200. Any Fund Manager or Principal Investigator/Program Manager or their delegate, should read and understand this guidance and apply it to the management of grants. The implementation date of 2 CFR 200 for TTUHSC was 12/16/14 for all Subparts, except Subpart F (Audit Requirements), which was implemented in FY16. TTUHSC applies the federal regulations to all grant funds in order to remain fiscally responsible, consistent and to minimize audit risk.
